CFA Complimentary 60-Day Trial Plan Eligibility

Eligibility criteria for the Complimentary 60-Day Trial CFA Pet Healthcare Plan:

  • Available only to cats under 9 years of age.
  • The trial plan must be activated within 28 days of the CFA registration certificate issued date.
  • For newly registered CFA cats resident in the United States, not available in New York and California.
  • Only 1 trial plan per cat.
